He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Cairo University and has pursued further education to enhance his skills in this field, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management from the Arab Institute of Continued Professional Development. Dr. Elfaiomy also holds a Master of Healthcare Quality Management and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Quality Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport.

With over a decade of experience, Dr. Elfaiomy has held key positions in reputable healthcare institutions, showcasing his leadership and expertise. Notably, he served as the Director of General Administration of Quality at the General Authority of Health Care in Egypt, overseeing quality administration, accreditation processes, and total quality management implementation. He successfully led the accreditation of multiple hospitals and primary care centers, including achieving Egypt's first governmental JCI accreditation.

During his tenure as the Director of Quality and Planning Department at the Royal Commission Health Services Program in Yanbu, Dr. Elfaiomy demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in quality management. He facilitated strategic and operational planning efforts, developed performance improvement projects, and implemented Lean methodologies to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
